MLW Design is the development branch of Roxbox Online - a web development company who run a network of sites aimed at large audiences.
MLW Design has also been the trading name of Mark Willis, a web developer from London, England, for several years specialising in custom made websites with powerful features.
MLW Design offers a full range of web-services for small to medium sized websites: personal sites, company sites and similar. Larger projects may be taken to 'the lab', where a small team will be involved in the design, development and possibly marketing of your site.
Each project is treated individually. All websites are built from scratch using layouts and systems unique to each project.
Websites made by MLW Design are built with server efficient back-end code. These database driven systems coordinate with interactive front-end elements, with methods such as AJAX and Flash. This means you get content that is easy to control and easy to browse for you and your visitors!
Using web-tools, content management systems and other such prefabricated websites means you have to usually work within the vision of some developer on the other side of the world. (Granted, they're usually good!)
With a custom made website however, you get EVERYTHING just how YOU WANT IT. None of these features running in the background you don't want, taking up space, bandwidth and server resources.
